My man Ooah dropped this EP with LoBounce recently and it’s pretty slick. I labeled this ‘dubstep’, but it’s sort of a vague descriptor, this album does however have a great upbeat tempo the whole way through with some solid bass-lines. I particularly enjoyed this track, entitled “Freaks”.
I’ve really been enjoying my man Seven Lions’ tracks lately, he manages to take a very common sound and somehow make it memorable. Working with quality source material always, he turns things up a notch in this brand new remix.
CloZee is quite the talented gal, I loved her Le Rondo Des Sirenes remix and this new track continues a great tradition of great instrumental work + an enjoyable glitchy sound. Show some major love to that download button if you enjoyed it.

Ellie getting a lot of love this week with R/D’s remix and now a different spin on a entirely different song by our dude Minnesota. It’s a bit heavy, but the sound works well in my opinion. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this one, so be sure to leave a comment.

Woah, you gotta be careful with this source material, but in the talented hands of Gramatik, you can put the pitchforks down. I thought this was a strong remix, not a fan of the ‘high voice’ sample edits, but the rest of the track is excellent. Enjoy the free download and let me know what you think in the comments.

This is an interesting direction for R/D, I know some of you are going to be wondering what happened to his old sound. It’s definitely a different style, even from his latest releases, but I think it’s an interesting progression to take. Part of me hopes that he’s careful not to lose that element that makes his music so recognizable though.
